Tega Cay will celebrate the 4th of July with its annual land parade on Monday, July 4th, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. In celebration of the city’s 40th birthday, there will be an 80s theme for this year’s parade with a prize awarded to the most festive participant! Decorate your bicycles, ride-ons, and floats and join us to celebrate another Charlotte NC 4th of July!

The Carowinds Celebrate America Fireworks Show promises a 4th of July Charlotte, NC will not soon forget! There will be events all weekend long with spectacular fireworks shows on Saturday, July 2, Sunday, July 3, and Monday, July 4. Expect an all-American soundtrack as you take in the shows along the Carowinds night skyline.
Make it a priority to enjoy time spent outdoors over the holiday weekend while you celebrate 4th of July events in Charlotte, NC at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. You and your family will enjoy two free days of music, activities, and yoga. Due to city regulations, there will be no fireworks at this event. The planners of the event recommend The Buster Boyd Bridge boat landing, Papa Doc’s deck, the deck at Rey Azteca at Lake Wylie Plaza, Lake Wylie Pizza and Italian on the patio at Lake Wylie Plaza, Bagel Boat, or the Long Cove Resort for the best viewing opportunities.
